BT 2510-3B

Faster, Stronger, Quieter

With its large insertion angle, compact size and low maximum sound levels, the BT 2510-3B is perfect for drilling in urban areas. The machine is equipped with a 60kW turbo diesel engine that powers both a hydrostatic and a load-sense pump. Due to the separate hydraulic system, maximum torque and  maximum traction are available simultaneously. The engine is kept in a sound dampening enclosure, causing the BT2510 to be the most quiet machine in its class.

Absolute control

The electro-controlled proportional valves and industrial joysticks provide easy and extremely precise control of the machine. A PLC controls all important functions and provides automated controls for, among other things, the tightening and loosening of the drill pipe. All relevant information on traction, torque, bentonite pressure, and flow are displayed on an extra-large pressure gauge and an uncomplicated backlit digital display.

Digital pipe length measurement and Backream Control System are optional. The Backream Control System monitors the optimal use of drilling fluid during reaming and pulling out.

Maintenance-friendly

The BT2510 is made almost entirely of European and metric components. The mix- and pump installation has the same power pack as the rest of the machine.  As a result, maintenance performed on the BT2510 is more orderly and simple.
