The FMC 221 is designed specifically for the installation of Impressor pipes underneath railways, street crossings, and home connections. Compared to commonly used machines, the BT FMC 221 is very powerful and compact, allowing for a significant reduction in the space requirements for the pit. Optionally, the drill engine can be mounted upwards, making it even easier to set up the machine despite severe space limitations.

High quality materials have been chosen during the design process, and we aimed for the highest possible energy efficiency for the engine. Therefore, high drilling performance is achieved despite a small size, and as such, the FMC 221 is probably the most efficient auger drilling machine on the market.

The machine runs on a drive unit with low sound levels, provided with a three-cylinder Lombardini engine capable of reaching a power output of 14 kW.  This drive unit has been constructed for high efficiency at a low transportation weight.
