Powerful with reduced emissions

The BT5515-3B was designed for carrying out large diameter drilling up to and over a length of 400 meters. The drilling machine has a type R76 EU-5 engine, a six-cylinder Turbo diesel that meets the Euro 5 emission standards, Trier 3, and stage three B. The extremely low emissions are achieved by recirculating exhaust fumes through a particulate filter. Due to the sound dampening enclosure of the diesel engine, the BT5515-3B is by far the most quiet machine in its class.

Absolute control

The integrated PLC provides automated controls for, among other things, the tightening and loosening of the drill pipe and limits user errors to an absolute minimum. All relevant information on traction, torque, bentonite pressure, flow, and pipe length measurement are displayed on an extra-large pressure gauge and a backlit digital display.
